Communication Field of Study
The Communication Field of Study curriculum is designed for students seeking a bachelor’s degree in General Communications, Speech Communication, Organizational Communication, Health Communication, Sport Communication, International Communication, or Technical and Scientific Communication.
ACC’s field of study courses for communication are listed below. The Field of Study Curriculum for Communication consists of 12 lower-division semester credit hours that are fully transferable to other Texas public colleges and universities. You should choose lower-division courses that fulfill the competency requirements for your chosen field or specialty. These courses are transferable to other Texas public colleges and universities.
