Engineering Technology Field of Study

The Engineering Technology Field of Study Curriculum is designed to apply to the bachelor of science degree with a major in:

• Civil Engineering Technology
• Computer Engineering Technology
• Construction Engineering Technology
• Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology
• Manufacturing Engineering Technology
• Mechanical Engineering Technology

Each of these programs is only offered at a limited number of institutions, and the particular track a student should follow is dependent upon the specific major and intended receiving institution.

Students should always consult with an academic or Engineering Technology faculty advisor regarding transfer to a specific college or university. In addition, students should consult with an advisor at the Texas college or university to which they are transferring for additional information.
